Every pet parent has the same experience: searching for a boarder, getting a WhatsApp number from a friend, scrolling through five-star reviews with no way to tell if they're real, and hoping for the best. There's no standard. No two boarders are evaluated the same way, and there's no one actually checking whether the photos online match the reality on the ground.
On the other side, good boarders — the ones genuinely doing things right — have no way to prove it. A spotless, well-run home boarding setup looks the same on Instagram as a neglected one. Trust has no signal.
Before any facility appears on Furvio, a member of our Network Team visits in person. They walk through the space, check safety, hygiene, facilities, and health practices, and score it against the same fixed checklist every single time — out of 100 points. Below a minimum score, a facility simply isn't listed. There's no way to pay for a better rating or skip the visit.
This is slower than letting anyone sign up and list themselves. That's intentional. We'd rather launch with twenty verified partners than two hundred unverified ones.
Furvio is launching in Delhi NCR with verified pet boarding, grooming discovery, and veterinary discovery — all under the same trust standard. Boarding carries our full 100-point physical audit; grooming and vet partners go through a lighter verification check, with the audit standard expanding over time.
We'd rather have fewer, verified partners than a large directory of unchecked listings.
