Furvio reserves the right to reject any facility's application at its sole discretion, including after a physical audit, without obligation to disclose detailed reasoning beyond general audit feedback.
There is no fee to submit either form on this website, and no fee to apply for partner verification. If Furvio's business model changes to include application fees in the future, this will be clearly disclosed before any such fee is introduced.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Furvio is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect contact information, including missed launch communications or delayed verification visits.
